There is one parking space for each room. Additional cars should be parked on the road towards The Red Lion
Smoking is not allow anywhere in the building. Should a guest be found to have smoked in the room (the smoke alarm will be activated and the entire building evacuated) the charge is equivalent to another room night booked
Payments
A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee the booking.
Full booking balance can be paid any time up to departure.
Payments may be made by cash, Bacs, Visa, Mastercard & American Express
Cancellation Conditions
Free cancellation up to 10am 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made, unless resold
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged unless resold
Cancellations during peak dates, Easter, Cheshire Show (June), RHS Tatton Flower Show (July), Christmas and New Year’s Eve the cancellation notice is 7 days
